Crash Course In Science: “Flying Turns” (Signals From Pier Thirteen, Press Records 1981)

This Philly trio faded into obscurity for quite a while, but they’ve undergone a renaissance in the digital age, having regrouped to record a new full-length for Schematic in 2011 and another this year for Electronic Emergencies, which I’ve not yet heard. This is from their first EP from 1981 and despite its lo-fi quality it still sounds pretty fresh to me.
