Pet Shop Boys: “Pet Shop Boys” (West End Girls, Epic 1984)

The original B-side to Pet Shop Boys’ first hit checks their name and is a straight-up early 80′s b-boy electro track. At this early stage of their career, PSB owed a lot to their producer and collaborator Bobby O., but it wasn’t until they parted company and teamed up with Stephen Hague that they really found their voice in the pop music landscape.
