Matthew Mercer’s Salvo to be released March 4

My new solo album Salvo will be available on March 4 through most online music services including Bandcamp, Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, Emusic, Rhapsody, and more.

The album is a return to beatmaking after spending the last couple of years focused on ambient drones and scores. It’s a lateral move touching on dance music but with plenty of experimentation and variety to go around. Rhythm is the focus for most of these tracks, with a combination of randomized pattern-making and detailed arrangements.
