New original music in the works

While my posts have slowed over the last week or two, I’ve been on a tear making new original music. I’ve got nearly a dozen solid tracks done, all of them focused on rhythm and electronics much more aggressively. I liken it as a bit of a renaissance from my early days of cut-up techno and IDM, with a renewed focus on movement, physicality, and synthesis — while I still use samples occasionally, they play a far less significant role in these tracks. Instead, I’ve become more interested in synthesis for everything, exploiting the new tools in my kit to explore new territory for myself.
