Christ. “Spengly Bengly” (Pylonesque EP, Benbecula 2002)

Christ. is the moniker of Scottish musician Christopher Horne. He got his start as part of the Hexagon Sun artistic collective based in the Pentland Hills in Scotland alongside Mike Sandison, Marcus Eoin, Peter Iain Campbell (a.k.a. PIC), Simon Goderich (a.k.a. goderich), Mark David Garrett (a.k.a. mdg), Rachel Stewart, Alan Mackenzie, and Andrew Wilson. Although Sandison and Eoin have made the most notable waves as Boards of Canada, it’s no surprise that Christ.’s music carries with it some of the same dreamy mood and patient pacing.
