Cosmonauts Of Innerspace: “Allergy” (Allergy EP, International Deejay Gigolos 2003)

This 12" surfaced right at the peak of “electroclash,” and it’s too bad that it got lumped in with all of that stuff. I always thought it was such a non-genre, just a generic catch-all snobby journalists used as a dirty word. Each track on this 4-song EP is pretty different, but this is my favorite. (It sounds like they maybe sampled Pailhead’s “Man Should Surrender” on it?)
