KMFDM: “Nihil” (Nihil, Wax Trax! 1994)

KMFDM’s Nihil was sort of the album where they lost me, even with the return of Raymond Watts (Pig) to the lineup. Their newfound emphasis on thrash guitar riffs and tipping toward metal wasn’t so much my thing. This closing epilogue is a nice nod to their more experimental early days, though.
