Evol: “Flapper That Pt. 1” (Flapper That, Diagonal 2015)

Evol’s latest for Diagonal sounds like a computerized didgeridoo, repetitive and minimal with just a spry synth lead to lead the way for the duration. I alternate between thinking it’s brilliant and really annoying — they must be doing something right!
