Saint Etienne, live at Wonder Ballroom, Portland, OR

I wasn’t sure I’d ever get the chance to see Saint Etienne live in the U.S. They’ve never really been able to gain pop traction here despite an amazing track record of quality pop songs over the last twenty years. Their latest, Words & Music, ranks high on my favorite albums of 2012. I don’t write about pop music much on here, but it was a great show, and I recommend anyone who has the chance check it out.
