Godflesh: “Someone Somewhere Scorned” (Slavestate, 1991 Earache)

Godflesh continues to evolve and fascinate, but I’ve always had a soft spot especially for their earliest ones. Slavestate felt particularly timely right around the same time that Ministry had all but fully transitioned into metal and Nine Inch Nails was being more fully discovered by the masses.
