Porya Hatami & Arovane: “Unn” (Kaziwa, Time Released Sound / n5MD)

German producer Uwe Zahn (Arovane) and Iranian experimental artist Porya Hatami released their collaboration album Kaziwa as a limited CD pressing on Time Released Sound in 2016. n5MD is partnering with TRS to release a new vinyl pressing of Kaziwa, which will be available May 4 and limited to 250 units. The first 200 will be gold vinyl with black splatters, while the remaining 50 copies will sport hand-made artwork:

“For the extra 50, Time Release Sound will be doing what they do best by creating a special handmade version. Each record to be slipped in between a folded, almost life-sized, vintage tri-fold spinal X-ray. Each of these mysterious images is center holed like the album itself and is then threaded with gold thread through and around the outer, hand colored, aerosol shot and stamped black disco sleeve. Each of these outer sleeves is hand worked and will be uniquely golden. A hand printed insert will also accompany each record.“
