Uwe Schmidt’s electro-industrial project Lassigue Bendthaus had a good run of albums in the early 90s, and like most of his releases over the last 25 years, it still sounds fresh to my ears. Even when dabbling in a specific genre of the moment, he usually elevates it with his signature talent.
