Skinny Puppy: “ParagUn” (Weapon, Metropolis 2013)

Here’s a preview clip of a track from the forthcoming Skinny Puppy album, Weapon, due out on Metropolis on May 28. Like many of their albums, Weapon has its own socially-aware concept, focused around “the concurrent glorification of the gun culture and simultaneous horror at the devastation the gun can cause.”

I’m looking forward to hearing more of the new material, as this track seems to strike a healthy balance between Skinny Puppy’s classic albums and their newer releases.
