The Bug: “Skeng (Autechre Dub)” (Skeng, Ninja Tune 2010/2012)

I’ll concede to being somewhat of an Autechre loyalist. I’ve never really been able to get into Kevin Martin’s sounds as The Bug, but this dub by Autechre caught my ear when perusing Boomkat’s new digital releases (a weekly ritual for me). I guess they released this dub mix a couple of years ago, for the Ninja Tune XX massive box set celebrating the label’s 20th anniversary, but I hadn’t heard it before. It’s now available as its own download as well, good stuff!
